    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to translate user needs into elegant, functional interfaces.

    • Mentorship & Guidance: Coach and mentor UI engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

    • Design Systems: Spearhead the creation and evolution of design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and reusability across products.

    • Performance Optimisation: Analyze and improve rendering performance, bundle size, and load times to deliver fast, responsive experiences.

    • Strategic Influence: Contribute to product strategy by advocating for user-centric design and scalable front-end architecture.
